Delete your Rolito’s account
Deleting your account removes it for good, with everything stored with it: your public page, shelf, ratings, brew notes, recipes, lists, follows and any roastery claims. It can’t be undone.
In the app
- Open Rolito’s and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete account again to confirm. If you signed in with Apple, an iPhone then asks you to confirm with Apple.
The app signs you out straight away and clears what it kept for your account on the phone. To keep a copy of your data, ask us for one first.
Without the app
Email privacy@rolitos.coffee from the address on your account, and tell us your handle. We may ask you to show the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and tell you when it’s done.
What’s deleted, and what stays
Straight away, we delete your sign-in and email, your page and profile photo, onboarding answers and taste, shelf, ratings and notes, Brew log, recipes and lists, saved recipes, follows, blocks, the reports you made and any roastery claim. Copies in our backups are gone within 7 days.
- A roastery’s page and the coffees you added stay in the catalogue. They belong to the roastery, not to your account.
- Reports other people made about what you published are kept as long as we need them to deal with abuse.
- If you joined the waitlist, your email stays on it until we’ve emailed it that Rolito’s is out.
- If you signed in with Apple, deleting in the app on an iPhone also removes Rolito’s from Sign in with Apple. Deleting anywhere else can’t, so remove it yourself in your Apple Account settings.
Crash reports and analytics aren’t linked to your account, so there’s nothing in them to delete. The privacy policy has the details.
